ESEMPIO 1

SPRING
It’s nearly spring! At last! Everybody is fed up of winter, the cold, short days. Also fed up of having colds and having the flu. Anyway, now spring is around the corner. It was about time! Really! It was certainly about time. Now the days are getting longer and longer. The temperature is getting higher and higher. People are getting happier and happier.

MUSIC
There was a nice song on the radio this morning. It’s a song by a guy called Mario Biondi with a group called ‘Neri Per Caso’. A strange combination. We didn’t know the name of the song so we called Mario and he told us that it was a cover of an old song by Michael McDonald. The name of the song is “What a Fool Believes”. We congratulated Mario on his wise selection and we also congratulated him on his voice naturally. Many people now see Mario as the Italian Barry White!

SAN REMO
Paris Hilton and Britney Spears would have been proud of the latest scandal at San Remo involving Loredana Bertè. Poor Loredana has been kicked out for plagiarism. A lot of publicity for Loredana and naturally a lot of publicity for San Remo!

SPORT
Inter drew with Roma in the big match last night. Roma should have won but proud Inter captain Javier Zanetti scored with just two minutes left.
